This notice describes the current website’s project-brief and contact features.
The project brief
When the Contact page offers “Prepare quote email,” it uses the details you enter to prepare an email. Preparing the brief does not send a message, create a stored lead or upload a file. The helper keeps your entries in the current page while it is open.
If you choose “Open email app,” the prepared brief is passed to your email application. If you choose “Copy brief,” it is copied to your clipboard. You decide whether to send it and which attachments to include.
Online project requests
When “Send project request” is available, submitting that form saves your contact information and project details in the shop’s private inquiry system so authorized staff can review and respond. Service, material, quantity and requested timing help the shop assess the work. Submission does not place an order.
The website uses submission validation and abuse protection. It may retain a limited submission-security record and the page or campaign that led to your request. A receipt and an internal notification may be sent by the website’s email service when delivery is enabled. Project-contact consent does not subscribe you to marketing.
Employment applications
When online applications are available, Fab Metal Shop collects the contact details, work interests, experience and optional information you submit to review employment interest and contact you about suitable opportunities. A general application does not confirm an opening or create a job offer.
Résumé and cover-letter uploads are stored privately, not in the public website gallery. Authorized staff can access them through the application system. Upload validation and abuse protection help secure this process. A limited page or campaign attribution record may accompany an application. Application consent is not a marketing subscription.
When document forwarding is enabled, validated application documents may also be sent through the website’s email service to the designated application reviewer. These documents are not attached to the applicant’s automatic receipt.
Do not include government identification numbers, bank details, medical information or confidential information belonging to a previous employer. For questions about your application information or to request deletion, contact the shop using the details below.
Direct email
When you send an email, the shop receives the contact information, project details and attachments you include so it can review and respond to your enquiry. Your email service also processes the message under its own policies.
Do not enter confidential or restricted drawings into the website form. Contact the shop to discuss a suitable way to share sensitive project information.
Website connections and external links
Serving a website involves technical request information such as an IP address, browser details and requested pages, which the hosting service may process. Links to maps and email applications open services outside this website.
Website statistics and privacy choices
The launch website uses first-party statistics to understand public-page visits, time spent on pages and successful inquiries. The analytics system does not store your form contents, email address or raw IP address. A short-lived pseudonymous session and limited campaign attribution may be kept in your browser.
Vercel also measures public-page traffic and loading performance. The website removes query strings and fragments from the page URLs it sends through these integrations. Private administration, application documents and Website Review sessions are excluded from this tracking.
Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to turn analytics off or allow it again. An explicit opt-out stops website analytics and clears its session and campaign attribution. Essential website and inquiry features remain available. Preview visits are excluded from the launch reports.
